A Bit Guilty?

The talk on the street is always...so how's the real estate market. Every time I meet an agent (new touch or old colleague), stories typically go down the road of....my year is going so bad. I've tried and tried to not be the happy guy at the funeral, but honestly I'm tired of it!

I love this market. I'm having absolutely the best year of my career. I didn't think I could love a year more than 2007 career-wise, with it being a banner year. My sales are up 58% from this time last year. Now, it's out there. Whew! That feels a lot better. I'm not going to complain, go along with or join the pity party. I love the challenges of the market, and the market can be good when the attitude is right.
