Home Previewing

I've been previewing homes for clients over the past few weeks at various price points. I really don't understand how some people arrive at a value for their home and find professionals who will go along with them. After some of my previews, I would have been embarrassed to show ANY client some of the homes. My favorite was a home in a seven figure range south of Nashville. When I arrived, I had a hard time finding the home behind the 3 feet high grass. Once I found it, I stepped over a large assortment of "animal leftovers" on the circular drive. Inside, I found nothing less than a big ol' hot mess.

I was a great reminder to me to accept great homes with sellers who understand presenting their home in the best light at all times AND pricing it where the pro guides. I love my sellers...thanks for "getting it."
