Creating comfort and building relationships have been Brian Copeland's forte throughout his diverse career. Brian may be most familiar as the featured agent on The Learning Channel's Flip That House, Nashville. Brian specializes in buyers' and investors' needs. Recently, Brian taped an episode for HGTV's House Hunters which will air in Spring 2008. He prides himself on his 18 hour average from the time he starts looking with a buyer to placing the contract on the perfect home. Brian is also a 1031 exchange experienced agent for the tax savvy investor. He is also known for his creative home listing marketing strategies.
