If you’re looking for truly guarded communities, your two, plus Hidden River and Legend’s Ridge are a few of the available options. In Hidden River the monthly HOA fee is $175 and the available homes start in the $3M. Legend’s Ridge’s HOA fee is $120/mo with homes starting in the $600Ks. Several condo communities throughout Nashville property have guarded doors, however I know of none that have guarded gates.
