I helped a Vandy professor and his wife purchase a home there not too long ago. They’ve been very pleased there. They were most attracted to it because (1) it’s within close distance to all the grocery stores and shops at the corner of Woodmont and Harding and (2) it is close to Vandy. The “goods” there….many have huge storage below, convenient parking out front. The “bads”…some are really outdated and traffic on Woodmont can be a bear!

Local artists will be selling handcrafted jewelry, photography, fine art, and more. Participating food trucks include Grilled Cheeserie, Hoss’ Loaded Burgers, The Latin Wagon, and Love Shack. Sounds like a super fun event!
