He has appeared on numerous HGTV and The Learning Channel television shows and served as one of Facebook’s Global Community Leadership Council members. He has been one of the most sought after real estate speakers and consultants in the country, emceeing and keynoting some of the largest conferences in the industry. He has earned spots on T3’s Social Influencers Power List and Inman’s Most Influential List. He has represented Facebook on stage at their Marketing Week Executives’ Meeting in New York City and at the CMX Summit in Los Angeles.

Brian founded and runs one of the largest technology camps in the nation each Spring in Nashville, attracting hundreds of real estate professionals from 30 states and three continents. Brian and his spouse live on a Nashville farm where they raise, cows, goats, and chickens. They have three children.

Zach is a passionate gardener, accomplished musician, and technology savant who merges all of his greatest joys into his real estate practice. Zach and his father, Brian, make up the Nashville and Beyond team where Zach specializes in buyer and seller representation.

As a gardener, Zach loves and understands the land. He's always analyzing the connectivity of ecosystems and how each part supports the whole. Zach's dad, Brian was president of Greater Nashville Realtors, Tennessee Realtors, and was Vice President of the National Association. Zach's uncle, Brad, is also a past president of Greater Nashville Realtors and is influential at all three levels of the organization. Zach's aunt, Molly, has been a trusted and loved real estate figure in this marketplace for years. Sher Powers, his godmother, is a past president of Greater Nashville Realtors and Tennessee Realtors and is a respected force in the industry. All have annually been in the top one percent of the Middle Tennessee marketplace and have over a combined six decades of industry expertise.
